Being the ultimate home for Hot Sauce, PINCH was born under the roof of a food truck. Female founded, PINCH sauces were crafted in the HEAT of passion inspired by the life of THE PINCH, Chef and Author, Shontelle Pinch. Born in Toronto, Canada, Italian mother (passionate/original fire cracker) that taught the importance of understand your food source (the farmers, the foundation) with a few moves under her belt... A little time in London, England, Mexico, Roma and lastly where she has laid her hat in the deep west-end of Negril, Jamaica.

The trio of sauces test your pallet's sophistication with a unique journey between flavor to heat.

Caribbean flavor with a twist of Canadian sweetness and a lick of Jamaican.

The apples being a Canadian staple enables natural shelf stable product. The profile is Jamaican staples (garlic, ginger, scallion) which brings the culture and heat of Jamaica.

Simplistic and elevated.

An EVOO that pleases the simplistic nature while sneaking up with extraordinary heat.
